Engine Stop Switch Assy is the OEM kill switch on a Honda small engine. It is designed to prevent accidental starting and to protect the rider from injuries in case of a roll over or pitching of the atv when the throttle is not engaged. This item is used on the Honda XR150R, CR250R, CRF450R and the YZ125/150/200 models.

To install this kill switch, you have to remove the tape that is on the wire loom that comes from the stock key switch (it has red, green and black with white stripe). You will find 2 wire in there that you gonna need to hook up to your kill switch! They are the green wire and the black with white tracer. Splice or solder them to the black wire that goes to the kill switch!

To test this switch, simply measure the battery voltage between G and Bl/W when the kill switch is NOT pressed. It should register around 12.3 volts.
